Her last role was at DFI, Jardines at Hong Kong. She has driven global HR transformation at Firstsource Solutions Ltd., and held senior HR leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank. With deep expertise in M&A, talent strategy, and building inclusive cultures.
Shuchika is recognized for aligning people agendas with business growth. Bringing these experiences together, she launched Powering People to help organizations unlock human potential and build cultures where both business and people thrive.
Shuchika is also a certified coach and has coached many leaders to be effective in their leadership journey.
